Clicking the AI Companion icon reveals all available actions, with the most recommended action prominently displayed at the top. This improvement makes task management more efficient by bringing AI-powered insights directly to the main task interface. 
Changed featureEnhancements to task query capabilitiesUsers can access comprehensive information about their tasks through expanded AI Companion query functionality. The enhanced search allows users to view all tasks they collaborate on, including historical and current assignments. Users can retrieve detailed task metadata such as titles, descriptions, due dates, status updates, and collaborator information. 
Changed featureEnhancements to task creation with AI automationUsers can create tasks more efficiently through an intelligent AI system that processes content from various Zoom communication channels. When creating tasks from chat messages or emails, the system automatically extracts relevant information to generate appropriate task titles, descriptions, and due dates. 
Changed featureEnhancements to grouping and sorting controlsFiltering and grouping controls have been updated within Zoom Tasks. The refreshed interface provides a more consistent experience for organizing and managing tasks across the Zoom platform. The standardized controls make it easier for users to sort, filter, and group their tasks efficiently, helping them stay organized and productive. 
Changed featureEnhanced task identification with organization-specific naming formatTasks are now instantly recognizable with organization-specific prefixes, eliminating the confusion caused by traditional alphanumeric IDs. This user-friendly identification system helps teams communicate more effectively about task-related activities.

New or enhanced featureTask activity trackingUsers can access a detailed task activity log that captures who made changes and when they occurred, including task creation, deletion, and modifications. Collaborators can participate in discussions by adding comments, editing their own entries, and sharing direct links to specific comments. All users with access to a task can view its complete history, enabling better tracking and accountability of task-related changes. 
New or enhanced featureCreate personal task listsUsers can create and manage private task lists that are only visible to them, with the ability to add tasks through manual selection, AI recommendations, or by using hashtags in task descriptions. Once created, the list will be under the My Tasks and All Tasks sections, allowing users to assign tasks to different lists quickly. Users can drag and sort tasks within lists using a "my order" sort option, and multi-select functionality enables efficient task management. The personal task list feature helps users focus on specific topics by organizing tasks into customized, manageable groups.
