Zoom for Salesforce Lightning guidance

We have discontinued the old Zoom for Salesforce (V1) app integration. In 2023, we introduced Zoom for Salesforce Lightning app (V2) integration. While maintaining the same features, such as initiating meetings and webinars or making phone calls, we've enhanced their functionalities for a more seamless experience. The new integration also covers Zoom Contact Center and Zoom Events, streamlining contact center and event management.

As of July 2, 2024, the Zoom for Salesforce app (V1) has been delisted from the Zoom Marketplace and is no longer supported. We urge you to migrate to the new Zoom for Salesforce Lightning (V2) app as soon as possible. If you are using the old Zoom for Salesforce app, you can follow the migration guides for Zoom Meetings, Zoom Webinars, and Zoom Phone. For new Salesforce integration setups, use the Zoom for Salesforce Lightning app.
